PARS GARMA, constructional & industrial company has been formed, based on the valuable experiences Attained in civil engineering (Construction, Roads, Tunnel, Dam), designing and construction of her production factories (general project engineering, structure efficiencies compilation - assembling, installation and commissioning), using the structure of expert human power, for participating in vast reconstruction & economical development plans, transfer of technical services & engineering overseas.

The company’s engineering potential in performance of A contract of construction & industrial projects in various fields.

The amount of the company’s income has been reasonably fair and this may be a good proof of high performances of the total contracts  awarded & signed though tenders in which the  lowest offering prices have been quoted accordingly. the company’s financial back up is strong and in spite of delays in payment of clients for some projects, there has not been any problem what so ever in allocation of the necessary currency, due to variety & expansion of activities. PARS GARMA construction & industrial company is active in the following different field of tasks :

1- ROAD - CONSTRUCTION: In this field, PARS GARMA has been successful, obtaining grade 1 (the highest rank) from State Management and Planning Organization. Performing  records of the company in this activity has been great and bright and the company together with the human power, has attained valuable experiments. In addition to the completed projects, PARS GARMA is working on some projects of this type, presently.

2- EXCAVATING AND TUNNEL: using very scarce machinery in this field in Iran, and operating highly expert human power, the company has been considerably successful on the job and has achieved useful results, as well as performing great amount of activities in this field. Besides, having a close relation ship with D.I.O, it has created facilities in some military affairs, involved in this job (such as explosive material with their technical responsible), for the company. These affairs help the company to performed the appointed project in much higher speed.

3- BRIDGE - CONSTRUCTION: Having grade 1 in road - construction and having various projects range, the company is also constructing the bridges located on the route and also has been quite active in completing these projects.

4- HEAVY CONCRETE & STEEL STRUCTURED BUILDINGS: The company’s great ability, regarding the machinery and experienced engineers in construction, has provided the company to obtain grade 1 (the highest rank) in this field too. It is very active in this relation and is cooperating in performing construction plans  (projects), and has performed large plans of this sort.  In addition to the concluded ones, at present, the company is busy constructing buildings with the best possible quality, all the country.

Being efficient enough, some special projects being performed inside water, is appointed to PARS GARMA, which one has been completed and the other is under procedure.  The company’s efficient potential human power, has made creativity in these projects, when limitations occur. In such procedure, the expenses are minimized and the speed of the performance is maximized .

5- PERFORMANCE OF RESIDENTIAL TOWN & MASS - CONSTRUCTIONOF RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS: Considering grade 1 of the company in the field of construction, a great range of projects’ execution related to residential towns and mass - construction of residential building are assigned to this company that are completed and delivered, one after another.

Being active in this field, has made it possible to use the total capabilities, enabling to minimize the performing expenses, by preventing human power or machinery stagnancy, and therefore resulting profit for the company.

6- DAM-CONSTRUCTION AND PERFORMING NETWORKS OF IRRIGATION & DRAINAGE: Although PARS GARMA’S activity background in this field is not very long, but has been elected as a contractor to sign large contracts with the ministry of power for execution of water deviation tunnel and construction of the largest non - concrete dams, located in the Fars, Hormozgan & Isfahan province.  The water deviation tunnel, having the largest internal tunnel diameter (comparing to similar ones), is completed.  The dam is under the task and if necessary, advanced technology from other countries, performing by domestic forces, is used.

7- DESIGNING STRUCTURE, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF LARGE INDUSTRIAL UNITS: Using experienced expert personnel, facilities, machinery, and possibility of using total sources in designing, structure, installation and commissioning of large industrial units, PARS GARMA is prepared to perform the huge projects and industrial operations such as foundations and industrial installation, in which some of them have been performed for the first time in Iran. The company is ready o transfer technical services to other countries, and that would be a reason for participating in some international tenders.

8- MANUFACTURING CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL AND PRODUCTS: Since pars garma has signed several contracts in the fields of road & construction, it has been considered as a self - supplier for the necessary construction material and in addition to cover her internal needs, has intended to sell the extra - amount of the material to other requesting users.

9- PERFORMING ELECTRICAL & MECHANICAL: Pars garma company has a great potential in installation of high pressure electricity power stations and station centers and is prepared to perform similar projects .

10- TRANSFERRING TECHNICAL & ENGINEERING  OVERSEAS: PARS GARMA has negotiated with several countries and many of them have been interested in using such service and even in some cases, have shown interest in joint - investment.  but, lack of having some specific strategies in this regard, has caused some of these cases to remain suspended .

Many Iranian ambassadors in other countries, besides getting familiar with PARS GARMA Company, have tried to introduce the company to those countries and establishing a good relationship for signing useful & various contracts. they have cooperated with our company in currency allocations and these are considered to be a lot of advantages. So, PARS GARMA plans to use these opportunities in the best possible way and intends to transfer technical & engineering services overseas.
